Sniko Terms of Use

1. The app

Sniko is a casual arcade game. It is designed as a no-account, offline-first game with optional third-party services for ads, analytics, crash reporting and remote configuration.

2. No account and local progress

Sniko does not require a user account. Game progress, preferences, unlocked skins, local titles and run statistics are stored locally on your device. This local data may be lost if you uninstall the app, clear app data, switch devices, or use device cleanup tools. Sniko does not currently provide cloud backup or account recovery.

3. Ads and rewards

Sniko may show optional rewarded ads and limited interstitial ads. Rewarded ads may offer in-game benefits such as continuing a run or activating an ability. Rewards are only granted when the ad provider confirms that the reward was earned.

Ad availability is not guaranteed. Ads may fail to load, may be unavailable in some regions, or may be limited by consent, network conditions, ad provider rules or platform policies.

4. Fair use

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, modify, exploit or tamper with Sniko;
• interfere with ad delivery, analytics, crash reporting or app security;
• use automation, cheats, modified builds or other tools to manipulate gameplay or rewards;
• use Sniko in a way that violates law, platform rules, or third-party rights.

5. User content and sharing

Sniko may let you create and share score cards through your device's native share sheet. You are responsible for what you choose to share and where you share it. If you set a nickname, it may appear on share cards.

6. Intellectual property

Sniko, including its gameplay presentation, visual identity, code, design, copy, artwork, audio and related materials, is owned by Fuadoglu or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal entertainment.

7. Third-party services

Sniko uses third-party services such as Google AdMob, Google Mobile Ads SDK, Google User Messaging Platform, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Remote Config. Your use of Sniko may also be subject to applicable third-party terms and policies.

8. Privacy

Sniko's data practices are described in the Sniko Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully.

9. Availability and changes

Sniko is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features, gameplay balance, ad placements, rewards, supported languages, settings and visual content may change over time. We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of Sniko where needed.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sniko is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that Sniko will be uninterrupted, error-free, ad-available, crash-free, compatible with every device, or free from data loss.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fuadoglu will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, loss of progress, loss of revenue, device issues, or inability to access ads or rewards.

12. Termination

You may stop using Sniko at any time. We may restrict or terminate access to Sniko if you violate these terms, misuse the app, or where required by law, platform policy or security needs.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use when Sniko changes or when legal, platform or business requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page shows the current version.
